All web pages within my site will have the same type of navigation at the top the user will know exactly where they are at all times. As of now, there will be no sub navigation links on the left side of the site.

Also the navigation tabs will be dark blue with white text, and when the tab is selected it will be the opposite. White tab with blue writing, so the user can easily see where they are at on the page.
The footer will also have dark blue with white underlined links.
Logos
My logo will be my initials. The Letter “M” will be in blue with a white background, and the “B” will be white with a blue background. It will be in the top right hand corner of the website.
Graphics
The graphics on my site will be as Penn Web style guide suggests, at 72ppi. I don’t want my site to take forever to load, so it won’t be loaded with all sorts of graphics to slow it down.
Content
Each page will not have a paragraph telling the user how to use the site because the usability should be easy enough to use without it.
I will write out word correctly such as: email, World Wide Web, no hyphenation, and website.
No confusing headings or hard to understand sentences in the body.
Best Practices
All navigation will be consistent throughout the website, so the user won’t get lost or frustrated. For example, the site will have same structure for every tab you click on. The only time the structure will be different is if I put a like to another site.
Site likes will be clear and I will not add a “click here” link, but instead the like will be self explanatory.
I will use CSS to add style to website.
